Hillary Clinton will officially kick off her second presidential campaign on Saturday with a major rally. The event, held on New York City’s Roosevelt Island, is expected to draw thousands, as the Democratic frontrunner launches full-force toward 2016.
Clinton’s speech will set the tone for her campaign, and mark a sharp turn away from the roundtable discussions she has held with small groups of voters in key states since joining the race in April.
The former U.S. secretary of state is expected to speak about her political hero, first lady Eleanor Roosevelt, in the early afternoon speech at Four Freedoms Park.
